INDEX / NEXT This is Tatlayoko Lake, which is downstream from Ric and Dona's cabin. Its 15 miles of length are surrounded by little more than forests and mountains. Perhaps six or eight buildings sprinkle the shore. The north end, where this picture was taken, used to be a large (940 acre) private ranch. It was recently purchased and protected by the Nature Conservancy of Canada.
