INDEX / NEXT Between Quadra Island to Cortes Island This picture was taken on the small ferry connecting Quadra and Cortes Island. Despite the cloud cover, the temperature was perfect and the water was quite warm. I actually went for a swim in it one night. The coast range mountains can be seen in the distance. The rise up immediately on the mainland.
